The Party Rental Planner Web Manager includes the ability to add multiple dates and times for your events.  You can choose to use all, some or none of the dates and times depending on your needs.  Here are the dates and times which you can use:

This month the Party Rental Planner Web Manager has undergone several revisions. Many of these revisions were bug fixes, but there are two minor updates which add more functionality for rental companies. In this blog post I explain the new Alerts panel in the dashboard. The new Alerts panel is communications tool which allows you to be alerted of the comments your customers make on invoices. Here is a screenshot of what the updated dashboard looks like:

The Party Rental Planner Manager prevents you from over booking when adding items to a rental.  This works automatically if the product you are renting has a "Quantity" field.  You add this field yourself or contact us to have it done for you (don't worry, this doesn't cost you anything).  To see this in action we will first select an Event from the Folder Navigation.

Once you've added items to your event, you can now view those items on the event invoice.  Your event's folder navigation should look like this:

 

 

Click on the "Base Estimate/Invoice" button to see what your invoice looks like.  You should see something like this:

Finding a customer is easy with the customer manager.  From the folder navigation menu select "All".

You'll be presented with a list of all of your customers:

 

Customers are a core part of the Web Manager.  We've made adding and viewing customers simple and intuitive.  You can manage your customers by using the folder navigation on the left.  Here is what the Customer area of the folder navigation looks like:

 

The image below depicts the the "All Customers" view.  You see this list after clicking on "All".

Adding a customer to the manager is an easy task to complete.  You must first be logged in and launch the web manager.  Once you are viewing the manager, you can use the folder navigation on the left to select "New Customer".

Invoicing is built right into the Web Manager.  Our invoices allow you to add and remove products payments and notes to your invoice.  Our invoice modules is directly integrated into out Product Management system.  This allows you to easily add your products the invoice.
