How to Add a Customer

Adding a customer to the manager is an easy task to complete.  You must first be logged in and launch the web manager.  Once you are viewing the manager, you can use the folder navigation on the left to select "New Customer".

 

Once selected a new tab will appear on the right side of the screen which looks like the following:

On the left side notice a new folder navigation pane.  This pane allows you to view the customer information, view their rentals, and view any notes you may have added.  Because this is a new customer these screens are all blank.  To get started here, enter a First Name and Last Name for your customer.   Once you are done entering the name, click on the "Save" button at the bottom.  It is not necessary to enter all the information, you can enter only what you have on hand at the time.  Once you click the "Save" button a confirmation popup will appear to notify you that the customer information was actually saved.

The "Bus Name" field is optional.  If you enter a business, this customer will be treated as a business customer.  Otherwise they will be considered a residential customer.
