How to Determine Available Items

The Party Rental Planner Manager prevents you from over booking when adding items to a rental. This works automatically if the product you are renting has a "Quantity" field. You add this field yourself or contact us to have it done for you (don't worry, this doesn't cost you anything). To see this in action we will first select an Event from the Folder Navigation.
Next, select an Event from your list of events:
Once you are viewing the event, click on the Event Items folder option:
You should now see your Event Items screen similar to this:
If your screen does not look exactly like this you will need to add and Item or click on an item which is already added to the invoice.
Notice the "Quantity" field as show here:
The "of 5" tells you there are 5 available items. You select more than the available items (overbook) if you need to, we dont recomment it.
