Working With Customers

Customers are a core part of the Web Manager.  We've made adding and viewing customers simple and intuitive.  You can manage your customers by using the folder navigation on the left.  Here is what the Customer area of the folder navigation looks like:

 

The image below depicts the the "All Customers" view.  You see this list after clicking on "All".

Looking the folder navigation on the left, you can see that there are three different ways to view customers.  The "All" view lets you view all the customers.  The" Business" view only show business customers and the "Residential" view only shows residential customer.  From the folder navigation you can also add a customer.

There are several types of data which can be saved for a customer.  For instance, first name, last name, up to 2 phone numbers, company name, email address and billing address.  You can also add rentals or events and notes to customers.

If your list is empty and you wish to add a new customer, click here.  To view a customer, you can simply doubleclick the customer in the list.
